Mettwurst

Traditionally processed and aged sausage like “Stracke”, but more finely ground, and smoked at the end of the ageing process (apart from Original Mettwurst air-dried and Ring Mettwurst). Spreadable Mettwurst is made from fresh pork, minced, smoked overnight and remains spreadable. The craftsman's art of Mettwurst rounded off with a fresh smoky aroma – a simply glorious taste.
