.. and as close to the customer as possible. Our philosophy is at the same time our recipe for a good sausage product. This is not least reflected in our quality policy by the fact that we only work with the best and/or organically sourced meat and with the attention of a craftsman. We have specialised here both in regional specialities such as our "Genuine Göttinger Wurst" and on high-value trend products such as fitness and organic products.
A MASTERSTROKE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP
In the use of raw materials and in the production of finished products, freshness, cleanliness and hygiene are the top priority. Therefore in our organic sausage products, we only process ecologically produced raw materials with a valid EC organic certificate. By training our staff and through labelling we ensure the use and assignment of raw and auxiliary materials according to the EC Organic Regulation through to the finished organic products.
Only through the commitment of our employees can we guarantee our high quality standard over the long-term. Flat hierarchies, the open door policy of our management team, regular events such as sports courses and foreign language classes for employees and the promotion of individual training of our staff are just some of the many measures we deploy to promote the cohesion and motivation of all our colleagues.

Christian Börner and August Eisenacher were the original founders of today's traditional company, Börner-Eisenacher.
